As part of Network Infrastructure Management, Athena offers the following services
  • Monitor & manage Local Area Network and troubleshoot network problems and escalate the same to customer.
  • Monitor & manage the Internet Connectivity, identify, troubleshoot/escalate incidents
  • Manage physical connectivity problems at desktop as well as switch ends
  • Manage & troubleshoot defective ports in active network components that include router & switches.
  • Monitor the LAN / WAN performance and utilization statistics
  • Manage the perimeter security and enforce stringent integrity & authentication policies
  • Periodic IT Security Assessment focusing on publicly accessible Servers, which include Web, Mail, Proxy Servers etc, publicly accessible Network devices including Routers, Firewalls etc., vulnerabilities on all System services in LAN / WAN Servers.
